Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring high standards of service and maintenance.
- Manage property leasing activities, including negotiating lease agreements and conducting property showings.
- Utilize OneSite software for data entry, administrative tasks, and customer relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and financial transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of the property.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to real estate management.
- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in OneSite software is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on property leasing.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to building positive relationships with residents.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
