We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team and help us provide competitive and precise bids for our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients to assess project scope, requirements, and site conditions.
- Review architectural plans, specifications, and other project documents.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
- Develop and submit formal bids and proposals in a timely manner.
- Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing and ensure cost accuracy.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with project execution.
- Track and update costs based on market trends and material fluctuations.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing clear and professional communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in residential, commercial, renovation, or custom home build projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in both new construction and renovations.
- Familiarity with local building codes and permit requirements.
- Background in project management or general contracting is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
