What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Driver- District Van position at Kingdom East Unified Union School District?
The Kingdom East School District is seeking a part-time Driver to drive students in our new five passenger van. Hours can range from 10 to 30 hours per week during the school calendar year. The Driver must enjoy spending driving and spending time with children from ages 3 to 22, some who have diverse needs. The driver travels and serves students who reside or used to reside in the towns of Burke, Concord, Sheffield, Lunenburg, Wheelock, Lyndon, Newark and Sutton. Drivers will need a valid driver's license, minimum is a "D" endorsement. Drivers will need an updated medical examination and/or copy of the Universal Medical Evaluation Report. Copies of blank Universal Medical Evaluation Report forms are available upon request. Background check, including fingerprinting required upon employment.
