Job Description
At Kingdom Contracting, we are an electrical contracting firm dedicated to delivering high-quality projects with precision and excellence. As a Project Manager, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager will lead the project team in construction of the entire electrical scope and will be accountable for the safety, performance, financial success and team development. As a project manager within our company, you will not be simply filling a role, you will be a highly valued member of our company leadership with opportunity for further growth and advancement. Responsibilities/Duties
· Overall management of multiple projects simultaneously
· Participate in the estimating process
· Prepare, submit and manage change orders
· Visit job sites that under your management on a weekly basis to monitor progress
· Manage manpower needs on an ongoing basis
· Prepare, maintain and enforce project schedules
· Procure all materials required on the projects under your management and coordinate delivery to the job site
· Manage switchgear and lighting submittals
· Preparation of monthly payment applications for the project under your management
· Manage fire alarm and low voltage subcontractors, including contract buyout, scheduling coordination, payment applications, warranty, etc.
· Oversee quality control
· Complete all project closeout documentation
· Advise internal employees under your management on safe working practices and assist company managers with enforcing safety policies
· Other various duties that would typically fall within the responsibilities of a position of this nature

Required Experience, Skills and Certifications
· Strong knowledge of the electrical construction industry, specifically multi-family and commercial markets
· Experience in leadership roles, either within or outside of the construction industry
· Journeyman or Master’s Electrical License. Preferred but not required.
· Experience with using Accubid software is referred but not required.
· High level of organizational skills, attention to detail and high performance standards
· 2 Years of experience in a Project Management role within an electrical contracting firm
· Good communication skills, both oral and written
· Skills in team management, motivation and training development
· Strong computer skills in the areas of Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, Email, Accubid and Procore
· Valid Driver’s License

Compensation
Salary is ultimately dependent upon experience and skillset, however the range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 annually. Profit sharing/performance bonuses may be negotiated into the compensation package.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
