What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Teacher position at Kingdom Kids Child Development Center?
Christian Preschool seeking childcare staff who are passionate about meeting the physical, mental, & spiritual growth and development of children in our care.
Must have:
- At least 6 months experience in a childcare setting
- High School Diploma/GED
- ECD 101
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
- Basic familiarity with concepts in the SC Early Learning Standards & Creative Curriculum
Staff required to:
- Provide developmentally appropriate lessons & activities according to our weekly theme
- Supervise & work with small & large groups of children
- Maintain family relationships & encourage parent participation
- Maintain a clean, safe, & stimulating developmentally appropriate environment
- Acquire the necessary professional development credits
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and functions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
