Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by providing support and assistance to clients. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs. This position requires travel within the state of Indiana and possibly surrounding states of OH, KY and IL to obtain measurements and photos of proposed work. This position will be entering people's homes, and the candidate must be able to pass a background check.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage outbound calling efforts to follow up with clients and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
  • Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and streamline processes.
  • Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and another language is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
