Program Director (Male) in Christian Homeless Outreach
Our Christian Homeless Outreach 501c(3) Non-Profit program located in St. Paul, detailed at www.KingdomPathways.org, is in need of a Program Director Full time. Salary commensurate with experience.
This outreach provides a full comprehensive, long term program to homeless men, living in our transitional housing and receiving services in nearby buildings. The goal is to transition a homeless man to complete independence in 1-2 years !
A heart for the homeless ministry and a desire to see homeless men succeed is required in this long term transitional outreach program. Some experience is required with the homeless and pay will be at market rates. The outreach is located near Lexington and University Avenue intersection in St. Paul. Please call Jim at 651-387-8393.
The Program Director will be part of a Multiple Director Core Staff Team that leads the outreach. The Program Director reports to the Executive Director, as all Core Staff do.
The Program Director is responsible for staffing, staff progress monitoring, staff instruction, staff meeting leadership, program detail tracking and monitoring, financial reviews, financial management, maintenance coordination, client mentoring, client disciplinary actions, and overall client program management for 20 homeless men.
Requirements:
The Program Director needs to have at least some experience with chemically dependent, mentally ill homeless men, in some capacity, not necessarily as Director. Again, this position will be part of a Multiple Director Core Staff Team, working together to accomplish these tasks.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
