Position Title : Site Supervisor
As a Site Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the roofing and siding installation process for Kingdom Roofing. You will work closely with our installation partners, the customer, and our Field Project Manager to ensure a quality remodel. Candidates with excellent communication, documentation skills, and prior hands-on experience with be successful in this vital role.

Description of Duties :
- Proper delivery of projects - overseeing and documenting each remodel through software, ensuring quality standards while meeting manufacturer guidelines
- Customer service and relationship building - during an installation, you are greeting the property owner, keeping them updated on the progress, and sharing any issues that may be discovered during a remodel
- Quality control and safety - ensure all projects are being performed safely to OSHA standards and actively inspect work as it progresses through the day to limit call-back work as much as possible
Qualifications :
Compensation & Benefits :
60,000 - $70,000 based on experience and proven track record with benefits including :
