Qualifications :

3 years of supervisory experience.

Prior experience in the cleaning industry stripping and waxing floors

Active participation in a local Christian church community.

Ability to articulate the gospel and share personal conversion to Christianity.

Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.

Flexibility to work second shift hours from 12 : 00 PM - 8 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :

Supervision and Leadership :

Oversee and manage cleaning operations in your designated area.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to cleaning staff.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.

Christian Values Integration :

Actively participate in a local church community.

Articulate the gospel and share your personal conversion to Christianity when required.

Uphold Christian values and foster a positive, faith-based work culture.

Operational Excellence :

Utilize your years of supervisory experience to optimize team performance.

Implement efficient cleaning processes and procedures.

Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring operational efficiency.

Client Relations :

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.

Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

Staff Training and Development :

Conduct training sessions for cleaning staff, focusing on both technical skills and Christian values.

Support the personal and professional growth of team members.
