What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Administrative Assistant position at Kingdom Title?
We are searching for a Business Development Administrative Assistant to become part of our expanding company who is a self-motivated individual that can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Daily administrative duties
- Data management including entering, monitoring and reporting to the sales team regarding volume, partners, performance, etc.
- Working as a part of the team for Business Development events
- Maintaining our master client list and handling mailings and communications with our partners
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Effective communication with an outgoing approach
- Organized and pays close attention to detail
- Successfully screened in accordance with our background check parameters
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Flexibility needed at times to help prepare for events, schedule will be modified when this occurs.
