Position Objective:
The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This role is responsible for delivering a wide range of HR services, including employee relations, payroll processing, HRIS management, compliance, and recruitment. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to solving problems, maintaining compliance, and enhancing the employee experience while aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications:
4–7 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or Specialist role.
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRMS is required.
Demonstrated experience in payroll processing or administration.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills; able to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
Proven ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification.
Experience supporting multi-state operations and familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws.
