Job Description :

The Sales Support Representative's focus is to provide support to the sales team and inventory management. The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for posting items for sale on the company website, social media, and other platforms. Internal audits of equipment inventory and other administrative tasks are also required.

The Opportunity :

  • This job will be responsible for three locations - Summerdale AL, Cantonment FL., and Baker FL.
  • Social media and website data input
  • Perform and report monthly inventory audits
  • Maintaining advertising budgets
  • Implement marketing programs and sales process enhancements
  • Provide support to the sales team and customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Provide assistance for orders, account statuses, and logistics.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and customers
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, features, and industry trends
  • Create and process internal transfers and orders in a timely manner
  • Process customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prioritize administrative responsibilities

Skills, knowledge, and abilities :

  • A college degree with a marketing background is a plus
  • Improve / maintain a social media presence
  • Detailed oriented
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to promote products and services
  • Strong listening skills, very customer-focused and professional.
  • Analytical, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent team working, motivational, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates values and has the ability to make connections, build trust, and be authentic
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel) required
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Excellent communication skills; Fluent English (oral & written) required.
