Key Responsibilities include, not limited to:
§ Communicate with clients, employees, and other individuals to answer questions
§ Record daily accounts receivables/payables transactions
§ Manage monthly and quarterly sales tax in multiple states
§ Perform variety of administrative duties for upper management as well as projects as requested by executive team
§ Assist in managing benefits
§ Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts
§ Review & Manage credit card charges
