Job Title : Operations Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that new employees have a smooth and positive onboarding experience and assisting with operations. The Operations Supervisor will work closely with the hiring and operations managers to ensure that all new hires are properly onboarded and integrated into the company culture. Candidate should be able to speak Spanish proficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Provide support to new hires during their first few weeks on the job
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program
- Continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new hires
- Review Timesheets
- Conduct local inspections
- Transport inventory (equipment, chemicals, etc.)
