Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed upon arrival.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables efficiently after guests leave.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations regarding food handling.
- Support the restaurant team during busy periods by assisting with additional tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns in a friendly manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in restaurants or catering, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
