The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Compliance Rate Administrator to join our Parks business unit. As a Compliance Rate Administrator, you will be responsible for developing rate submittals and ensuring contract compliance for annual deliverables to the client. Generally remote, but on-site as business needs dictate.

$26.00 – $28.00 / hour

What will you do?
- Develop rate submittal requests and supporting documentation, ensuring all submittals are accurate and timely
- Resolve issues during the approval process and conduct foresight planning to project needs for upcoming rate cycles
- Develop an annual calendar of projects and align with properties and direct supervisor on the action plan
- Build and monitor an annual contract compliance tracking system for NPS contracts, ensuring all submittals are received and accurate
- Employ a continuous improvement model by working with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement each year and support the sustainability division with ad-hoc projects
- Operate company vehicles for transportation across property as needed
More about you
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hotel operations leadership role in a national park or 1 year of experience with NPS or Commercial Services preferred
- Must have a valid California driver’s license and be able to work nights and weekends as needed
- Excellent guest service skills
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Driver’s license required.
