Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Grant Grove in Kings Canyon National Park, California. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,640 – $73,700 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Administration of all restaurant, kitchen, and bar related functions to ensure guest satisfaction
- Hire, train, and manage an effective team, providing feedback on their job responsibilities and alignment to Delaware North programs
- Research and develop new policies, procedures, menus, and control policies that elevate service standards and accountability of staff
- Coordinate menus and alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
- Ability to drive a company vehicle on property.
More about you
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high volume restaurant and/or catering environment with supervising service personnel
- Experience effectively leading a team required
- Ability to communicate through oral and written skills with staff, creating a positive work environment
- No degree required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
