JOB SUMMARY

Constantly communicates with Security Officers to give information to assist in helping customers and team members. Monitors CCTV for suspicious activity and reviews with Leaders during investigations.

Overall performance rating of below indicated essential job duties:
Monitors the Security Squad room.
Views CCTV monitors reporting concerns to Security Officers, answers telephones and dispatches security calls by radio.
Documents daily activities on the security computer program, maintains current information in lost and found log.
Notifies individuals when items reported missing are recovered.
Remembers the Medical Center's emergency policies and procedures and effectively responds to codes and emergency situations.
Operates the control panel on the closed circuit television console and access control system, operates and maintain a two-way radio.
Provides information and assistance to co-workers and other customers.

Minimum requirement:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One-year prior security related experience preferred or Associate Degree in related field
Valid driver's license, clean driving history, and clear criminal history are required.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member occasionally works in outside weather conditions.
