$13 per hour. Must be 18 years old
A Campground Front Desk Associate at Kings Dominion is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and visitors at the Kings Dominion Campground.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the reservations system by making reservations via telephone or in person, checking guests in and out, taking in deposits and other payments.
- Must become familiar with site types and what type of amenities we offer to guests.
- Be proficient with basic phone, computer, paperwork filing, and communication skills.
- Must be proactive in monitoring reservations to honor guest’s requests.
- Must stay up-to-date on K2 updates as it pertains to daily operation.
- Must be able to perform basic addition and subtraction.
- Must have basic situation resolution skills.
- Greet and assist guests with their reservation needs.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to perform other minor to moderate tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
- Driver's License
