We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service & Software Testing Associate to join our team! In this role, you will test new software, learn its features, and provide top-notch customer support to our clients.
This position requires excellent spoken and written English skills , along with strong proficiency in computers and online technologies . As a key point of contact for customers, you should be comfortable communicating with clients, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear guidance.
We specialize in building custom software, and you will play a vital role in ensuring users have a seamless experience. We provide a company computer and all necessary equipment for you to succeed in this position!

Additional Responsibilities :
- Document and Report Issues Identify, document, and report software bugs or usability issues to the development team.
- Create and Update Support Resources Assist in writing or updating FAQs, help articles, and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist with Onboarding Guide new users through the initial setup and features of the software.
- Provide Feedback Offer insights and recommendations to improve software usability based on customer interactions.
- Follow Up with Customers Ensure customer issues are resolved by following up and confirming satisfaction.
- Escalate Complex Issues Identify and escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain Customer Records Accurately document interactions, feedback, and troubleshooting steps taken in a CRM or internal system.
- Stay Updated on Product Changes Keep up with software updates and new features to provide accurate support.
- Collaborate with Teams Work closely with developers, designers, and managers to improve user experience and product functionality.
