Kings Harbor Multicare Center -
Responsible for carrying out assigned preventive maintenance, such as, but not limited to, painting, construction, installations, repairs, remove and maintain windows, doors, fixtures (all types), furniture, beds, stretchers, tables, plumbing fixtures, valves, pipes, lights, balance switches, outlets, HVAC equipment, water coolers, kitchen equipment, dietary carts, grease traps, ice makers, laundry equipment, pumps, motors, building surfaces and other related items.
Participates in the preventive maintenance program.
Fabricates equipment and materials as needed
