The Role: Assembly Tech

You’re comfortable working with small components and electronic devices, as you will be responsible for assembling electronic components and devices according to provided specifications and quality standards. Your primary role will involve interpreting technical drawings, soldering components, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting assembly issues. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of electronic assemblies.

What You’ll Do
- Final assembly and configuration of our emergency phones
- Read and interpret assembly instructions and requirements
- Assemble electronic components and devices following established procedures and quality standards
- Install appropriate firmware
- Quality control test finished products to ensure assembled product meets passing standards
- Pack and ship completed units
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve technical issues and improve processes
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of assembly or warehouse experience
- Ability to follow specific directions and pay close attention to detail
- Ability to easily handle and manipulate small electronic components
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background investigation and drug screen
- Regular and punctual attendance
