You have experience with automation tools; familiarity with AccelQ is a plus. Additionally, you will assist in handling field support calls, providing technical assistance to our clients.

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Perform regression testing to verify software fixes and enhancements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues reported from the field, providing timely support to clients.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist non-technical users.
- Proven experience as a Software QA Engineer with a strong focus on automation.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of AccelQ or similar automation testing tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle field support calls and provide effective technical assistance.
