On Target Earnings Compensation Between $80K-$96K (Base Commission Quarterly Bonus) Compensation is comprised of a base salary plus commission based on the attainment of your team’s quota, including appointments and won units resulting from those appointments.

What You’ll Do
- Enhance team performance through real-time monitoring of SDR team interactions, offering constructive feedback during live listening sessions.
- Accumulate and analyze recorded interactions to facilitate weekly team discussions, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Monitor and evaluate SDRs” performance metrics including quotas, agreement rates, win percentages, and activity levels, providing actionable insights for individual and team growth
- Collaborate closely with fellow SDR managers and the SDR Director to align strategies, share best practices, and optimize overall team performance
- Work closely with the SDR Sales Enablement Trainer to ensure alignment on training initiatives, onboarding programs and continuous skill development for SDRs
- Assist with developing and delivering comprehensive training sessions to equip SDRs with skills and knowledge necessary for success in their roles
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with SDR team members to provide personalized coaching, address concerns and opportunities for growth, and set clear objectives for professional development
- Assist in monitoring the appointment count for each Business Development Manager, (BDM) and collaborate with SDR leadership to keep them informed
- Create and maintain Monday.com workflow boards to manage and optimize tasks within the SDR leadership team
- Support the SDR team for in-person training sessions, ensuring smooth facilitation and impactful learning experiences for all participants
- Lead and participate in role-playing exercises during one-on-one and team sessions to enhance SDRs’ proficiency in handing various scenarios and objectives
- Be ready to proactively engage by making calls and scheduling appointments when necessary
- Assist in improving existing outbound strategies, systems, and processes to drive a best-in-class SDR team
- Help manage day to day operations
- Help create repeatable sales development processes grounded in thorough measurement and key performance metrics to help exceed unit targets
- Helping work through internal SDR/BDM and team relationships in an unbiased manner
- Work cross functionally with the sales, marketing, and other Kings III teams
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years' experience and proven record of individual performance as a top performer cold calling to set appointments
- 2 years of experience in a leadership or coaching role, with a proven track record of excelling as a coach, leader, and mentor to team members responsible for meeting quotas
- Accumulate and analyze recorded interactions to facilitate weekly team discussions, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Monitor and evaluate SDRs” performance metrics including quotas, agreement rates, win percentages, and activity levels, providing actionable insights for individual and team growth

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to equip SDRs with skills and knowledge necessary for success in their roles

- Utilize Salesforce, SalesLoft and Power BI reports and analytics to effectively monitor team performance, provide data-driven coaching, and support SDR development
- Co-own and strategically manage SalesLoft, overseeing cadence creation and optimization to ensure the team operates within the most effective workflows. Continuously refine cadences, templates, and engagement strategies based on data-driven insights, fostering efficiency, consistency, and higher conversion rates across the sales process.
