Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team by providing guidance, setting clear goals, and fostering professional development.
- Oversee and manage packaging artwork portfolios, ensuring assets are up-to-date and compliant.
- Establish and maintain packaging standards, including material specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align packaging designs with brand identity.
- Ensure all packaging designs and materials align with company brand standards, quality benchmarks, and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in packaging management, packaging design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, design processes, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What We Offer:
- $115,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
