JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform Building Supervisor & Subordinate responsibilities as needed
- Attend training workshops, seminars and/or other related staff development programs
- Ensure company standards are met in compliance with janitorial specifications.
- Tour buildings as assigned for inspections, tenant contact, and follow-ups.
- Perform all general cleaning duties as needed to fill in for absent employees or to assist with completion of work.
- Follow up on all completed work assignments and return completed work orders to Operations Manager.
- Recommend and coordinate all disciplinary actions, promotions and demotions with Operations Manager.
- Perform annual and general assessments of site based cleaning crews.
- Assist Operations Manager with scheduling of work load for special projects, cleaning crews and Floor Techs.
- Assist Operations Manager by providing immediate and direct supervision of cleaning crews and floor techs.
- Responsible for adhering to and enforcing established company policies
- Conduct job site inspections and follow-up walk- thru’s at both Special Services projects and janitorial accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
