Kings Tire Service is looking for a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Covington, VA location. The ideal candidate will be an experienced retail professional with tire and automotive knowledge with a focus on operational efficiency and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Observes employee performance and all day-to-day operations to ensure proper accountability for sales, profitability, quality control, daily paperwork, banking, inventory control and customer satisfaction
- Reviews sales and productivity with upper management
- Implements and upholds safety procedures by conducting weekly safety meetings
- Coordinates proper maintenance and repairs for equipment and company vehicles to ensure safety and compliance
- Coordinates the workflow of all employees
- Must have management / leadership skills
- Preferred Tire Industry experience
