Kings Trail Animal Hospital is searching for a part-time Kennel Assistant to join our team!
Those with prior veterinary experience will be given priority, though we are open to training the right candidate. Candidates should have an interest in veterinary medicine and a desire to become a long-term member of our team.
Primary Skills / Responsibilities :
Patient handling and restraint (dogs and cats)
Client communication and education
Caring for hospitalized pets post-surgery
General kennel duties (cleaning, walking, bathing, etc.)
Cleaning and disinfection of the hospital
Willingness to jump in where needed
Benefits & compensation :
Compensation : $16 - $16.50 / hour
Part-time schedule : Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday, every other Saturday : 7am - 12p
