The Program Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality, training, and compliance aspects within the I/DD (Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities) programs. This role is focused on ensuring that the programs meet regulatory standards, maintaining high-quality service delivery, and developing training initiatives to support staff growth and program improvement. The Program Support Manager will collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement, foster compliance, and ensure the highest standards in all aspects of program operations.
How will I contribute
- Oversee and monitor program quality by ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct and/or support regular internal and external program audits, inspections, evaluations, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain program integrity and quality standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with leadership to implement strategies that enhance program outcomes and service quality.
- Ensure that all program activities align with funding guidelines and other compliance requirements.
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver ongoing training programs to individuals served and staff to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by identifying training needs and creating opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide guidance and support for the equipping of new team members, ensuring their training and onboarding is congruent with program-specific policies and procedures.
- Work closely with leadership to create and implement training programs that promote professional development and improve overall program performance.
- Provide administrative support for program development and process improvement projects, with a focus on enhancing program quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Administrators and other team members to drive initiatives aimed at improving team performance, client care, and overall program effectiveness.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure program policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with regulatory changes and best practices.
- Lead or support special projects related to program enhancements, compliance improvements, or new program development.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Address any concerns or issues related to program quality, training, and compliance, and work with stakeholders to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Serve as a point of contact for questions related to compliance, quality, and training.
- Provide support across locations and within the community to ensure Person-Centered philosophies remain central to Kings View’s operations.
- Lead all agency advocacy meetings, including the election of new officers, attending CVRC PAC meetings, CVRC Board meetings, and other relevant meetings, training sessions, and advocacy efforts, as assigned, which may involve travel.
- Serve as the liaison between those Kings View serves and the organizations or entities they engage with, such as non-profits and other groups that align with Kings View’s mission.
- Promote and support the goals of individuals served, including developing person-centered plans or facilitating circles of support and report any concerns or issues raised by them in a timely manner to the appropriate parties/departments.
- Provide consultation to agency leadership regarding the individuals served to ensure accountability and support quality service delivery.
- Ensure that intakes for individuals served are handled appropriately and thoroughly.
- Submit monthly quality assurance data related to outcomes, tracking and progress to ensure continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the individuals served, team members, and programs.
What I bring

High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
- Adult First Aid and CPR
- 2 years’ experience in program support, administration, or related fields, with a focus on training, quality, person centered service models, and project management.
- Understand, commit to, and actively implement Kings View’s Vision, Mission, Core Values. Uphold, evaluate, and train in Person Centered Practices, outcome-based quality measurements, and standardize procedure in compliance with PCP based policies.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Competence in Microsoft Office and other industry-specific software. Demonstrated capacity to lead individuals and teams towards achieving strategic objectives. Ability to create and maintain detailed and complex systems. Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of a 24/7 service provider. Provide proof of good physical health, verifiable by a health screening, including a tuberculosis test performed by or under the supervision of a physician. Pass a Department of Justice (DOJ) criminal clearance (fingerprint screening).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate communication and documentation. Excellent communication skills are essential for coordinating effectively with staff, clients, administration, and stakeholders. Problem-solving and time management are crucial for meeting deadlines, handling last-minute changes, and optimizing efficiencies.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in day services or residential care settings.
