Shift : 08 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM
Description :
Under direction of RN ,MD or other licensed healthy care provider, supervises LPN 's and unlicensed direct care staff.
Schedules and assigns basic care and observational tasks to staff consistent with individual treatment plans to effectively support nursing care and treatment.
Provides staff with guidelines, instructions, and standards for care.
Participates in staff developmental activities to maintain and enhance skills; and trains staff in basic individual care activities.
- Observes medication administration and management;
Reviews record and notes completed by staff, and discusses findings with higher level clinical staff.
Attends Observes living and treatment area and may monitor housekeeping tasks to ensure safe and clean and therapeutic environment for individuals.
Maintains charts and records of conditions and administered treatments.
Attends to individuals' personal need including activities of daily living and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming.
