Kingsley Bate, a leading manufacturer of high-end outdoor furniture, is hiring a Seasonal, Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Customer Service team.

Please note: This is an on-site position and not remote.

This role is ideal for local college students, stay-at-home parents, or empty nesters re-entering the workforce.

Schedule

  • Hours: 5 days per week, 3-4 hours per day, as needed
  • Days: Mon-Fri, with flexibility to choose your range of hours between 9am-5pm
  • SEASONAL PERIOD:
  • *Starts: ASAP
  • *Ends: Late August or September, depends on workload

Primary Responsibilities

  • Entering orders for customer samples
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Scanning / filing documents
  • Data entry
  • Other tasks as needed

Specific requirements

  • Strong work ethic: punctual, hardworking, conscientious, willing to get “hands dirty”
  • Fast and accurate – detail oriented
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute is required, and faster is preferred.
  • Ability to learn different computer programs
  • Compensation: $18 per hour
