Kingsley Bate, a leading manufacturer of high-end outdoor furniture, is hiring a Seasonal, Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Customer Service team.
Please note: This is an on-site position and not remote.
This role is ideal for local college students, stay-at-home parents, or empty nesters re-entering the workforce.
Schedule
- Hours: 5 days per week, 3-4 hours per day, as needed
- Days: Mon-Fri, with flexibility to choose your range of hours between 9am-5pm
- SEASONAL PERIOD:
- *Starts: ASAP
- *Ends: Late August or September, depends on workload
Primary Responsibilities
- Entering orders for customer samples
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Scanning / filing documents
- Data entry
- Other tasks as needed
Specific requirements
- Strong work ethic: punctual, hardworking, conscientious, willing to get “hands dirty”
- Fast and accurate – detail oriented
- Ability to type 35 words per minute is required, and faster is preferred.
- Ability to learn different computer programs
- Compensation: $18 per hour
