Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems
- Conduct residential painting and touch-ups as needed to maintain aesthetic standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG & BACKGROUND TEST!
- Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
