Job Summary
As a Groundskeeper - Maintenance Tech, you are primarily responsible for the park grounds and assisting the residents. A highly trusted individual who is reliable in maintaining the grounds and emphasizing the 'Clean and Green' initiative within the community. The Maintenance Technician's primary responsibility is ensuring the building(s), equipment, and utilities are maintained in good working order, and facility grounds are properly maintained in accordance with park policies.

Essential Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Maintain landscape, clean interior/exterior areas of buildings on daily basis, and other seasonal task
- Overseeing outdoor pool (seasonal) and clubhouse maintenance
- Remodeling and/or basic repairs to manufactured homes. Community rounds to assess and/or make minor repairs.
- Complete weekly orders for standard maintenance supplies, ensuring sufficient supplies for resident needs.
- Ensure work schedules are followed and coordinate/contact services with other
- departments/vendors/specialists/technicians. Advise resident manager of supply and/or repair needs.
- Must maintain regular attendance.
- Keep Management aware of community work issues/incidents.
- Comply with park policies involving all safety and infection control procedures including the proper use of mechanical lifts, gait belts, and personal protective back supports.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods of time.
- Written and verbal communication skills at a level to accomplish the job. Understanding of general maintenance and methods.
- Working outside in all temperatures.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Pass observed preemployment drug screen and background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
