Groundskeeper

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. Your expertise in groundskeeping, and landscape maintenance will ensure that our grounds are always well-manicured and safe for visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the grounds by watering, fertilizing, and pruning plants and trees.
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete various tasks, including pruning, weeding, and mulching.
- Develop and implement a landscape maintenance plan to ensure the grounds are kept in a safe and visually appealing condition.
-Monitor the grounds for signs of damage or disrepair and address these issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other groundskeepers and maintenance staff to ensure that the grounds are maintained to the highest standards.

-Keeping the grounds free and clear of trash and clutter.

Qualifications:

- Experience in lawn care and groundskeeping.
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools and their proper use.
- Understanding of landscape maintenance principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
