Summary
As a member of the project management team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned projects from commencement to completion according to the Stop Gate Procedure. You will manage these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers’ expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA-mandated requirements.
What You'll Do :
- Maintain productivity while ensuring high quality and safety in field installations.
- Enforce company safety protocol and oversee onsite hazard awareness with the General Superintendent.
- Implement and follow company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain project schedules.
- Provide crew with necessary tools, equipment, PPE, and materials alongside the General Superintendent.
- Coordinate electrical installation with other trades and general contractor / owner representative.
- Adapt to and implement a high level of awareness in sensitive work environments, following customer-driven security protocol and work authorization procedures.
- Manage all job-related material needs to complete projects.
- Complete projects within budget, as established during stop gate process.
- Maintain job cost status reports through monthly WIP process.
- Manage projects in close collaboration with General Superintendent and jobsite foremen.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Pursue continual personal and professional growth.
