What it Takes to Become an RN with Care Initiatives:
- Valid RN license in good standing in Iowa, or the ability to activate your license.
- Current, valid CPR Certification.
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
- A strong commitment to helping others with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.
