About the Role: Lead our luxury disaster restoration team by managing mitigation technicians and ensuring exceptional service delivery for water, fire, and storm damage emergencies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor Junior Mitigation Technicians
• Schedule and perform initial damage assessments
• Create detailed damage restoration estimates
• Execute service agreements and required documentation with customers
• Oversee project timeline and quality from initial inspection to completion
• Monitor drying equipment and ensure proper documentation of progress
• Coordinate emergency response scheduling
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years' experience in restoration, construction, or related field
• IICRC certification, WRT & ASD

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Strong project management skills
• Excellence in customer service and communication
• Proficiency in estimating software and documentation systems
• Ability to work flexible hours for emergency response
• Physical ability to perform inspections in various conditions

Pay Structure:

This position starts at $600/ week, plus commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
