We are looking for a Frontier Customer Service Associate who shares our passion for outstanding service and is interested in learning more about our Frontier retail customers. Our Frontier Customer Service Associate role involves problem-solving telecommunication products and service coverage, building relationships and enrolling retail customers, and assisting customers in processing their sales.
About the Frontier Customer Service Associate Role:
As a Frontier Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers navigating their new tech services and connections. From account updates, to sales orders and troubleshooting, the Frontier Customer Service Associates handle it all while leaving customers feeling supported and valued. The Frontier Customer Service Associate responsibilities will also include:
- Addressing customer inquiries within a retail setting, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with personalized Frontier service
- Generate sales by identifying potential customers and recommending the proper products offered by our Frontier that will speed up their new repair service
- Educate customers on the benefits of our services and help them maximize their retail experience
- Assist with customer account adjustments and service upgrades to make things easier for customers throughout the entire sales process
- Collaborate with teams to share insights that enhance overall service quality
- Consistently meet monthly retail sales metrics, targets, and acquisitions occurred
Frontier Customer Service Associate Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or similar role with experience (preferred but not required)
- Loves engaging with people and delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work in a retail environment and commute to the retail store
- Handles challenges with a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Has a knack for learning new systems
- Thrives in a team environment
