Purpose: |
This position is responsible for administration and the record keeping of member status, Assists the Director of Membership Sales with day to day needs of the department and positive interaction with our members. |

Primary Responsibilities: |
· Administration of membership including the onboarding of new members, maintaining records including resigned waitlist, assisting accounting with member billing, and other administrative duties. · Joint responsibility along with the Membership Director with the promotion of membership and responding to member needs and concerns. · Works closely with internal departments ensuring members have an exceptional experience. · Perform other duties as required to assist with tournament functions. · Other duties as assigned. |

Required Work Skills and Knowledge: |
· Ability to manage multiple tasks at same time. · Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. · Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills/abilities. · Strong computer skills/knowledge of MS Office programs, website content management and other communication software. · Must possess professional appearance. · Ability to lift, push, pull 25 lbs. or more as needed. · Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends and holidays as required. · Must be able to withstand a range of outside weather conditions (heat/cold, rain etc) including the ability to withstand prolonged exposure to sunlight for up to eight hours. · Ability to travel when needed. · Must possess a valid Drivers License

Required Education and Experience: |
· High School diploma or GED. · 2-3 years experience working in a fast-paced office environment as administrative assistant. |
