Join us as a Receptionist at our Modesto, CA facility.

Hourly Rate starting at $20.00 per hour

Quarterly Performance Bonus

Shift : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm (overtime required as needed)

Essential Duties :

  • Operate multiple line telephone console or switchboard, act as receptionist and perform routine clerical duties.
  • Receive incoming calls, secure identity of caller when required and complete connection.
  • Use two-way radio or PA system to page required person.
  • Assist caller to determine needs, place outgoing calls, send telexes, telegrams or facsimiles.
  • Relay messages and maintain records.
  • Maintain Salesforce and sample requests for timely shipment.
  • Balance credit cards for all the field service team.
  • Booking flights, hotels, cars for field service and other staff traveling for business.
  • Manage all FedEx / UPS deliveries
  • Takes mail to the post office, and deposit checks at bank in the past.
  • Opens all incoming mail and sorts it to relevant departments.
  • Order lunch / other meals when needed for Management and other meetings
  • Organize Holiday lunch and other employee events
  • Receive visitors, announce and direct to proper party and register individuals.
  • Perform routine typing, filing and record keeping assignments as directed.
  • Order coffee and kitchen supplies for the office and shop floor canteen.
  • Manage all stationary requirements / stock levels
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Computer Skills :

  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook.
  • Other Skills and Requirements :

  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Good spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
