The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring industry-leading quality and compliance performance at our Miami, Florida site. This person will lead the adoption of all compliance and quality initiatives, working closely with the local Operations Team and the Divisional Team to build both quality and product compliance into every product.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, plus five years of experience in quality assurance and/or product compliance. Proficiency in business software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with SAP or similar software is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Establish quality processes and procedures to comply with all IMS & ISO37301 certifications
- Collaborate with Procurement Team to ensure raw materials from external suppliers meet quality requirements through COA analysis and raw material testing procedures
- Supervise technicians, inspectors, and other company staff to ensure they perform their duties in line with established quality procedures
