Qualifications
\Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, plus five (5) years of experience in quality assurance and/or product compliance.
\Demonstrated confidence and assertiveness in acting and voicing concerns to uphold quality standards.
\Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster a culture of quality and compliance.
\Proficiency in business software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with SAP or similar software is preferred.
\Strong skills in mathematics, time management, and organization.
\High level of accuracy in data entry, charting, and attention to detail.
\Ability to collaborate and intervene effectively across departments when needed.
\Thriving in a team-oriented environment.
\Engaging effectively with management, engineers, technicians, production staff, business groups, auditors, and customers.
\Understanding and applying ASTM Standards within Building Codes.
\Transporting insulation boards and underlayment bundles from the production line to the Quality Control office.
