Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service? Kingston Brass is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to handle customer interactions via email, phone, and chat, and manage service order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally
- Provide detailed information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues, with a preference for candidates with construction or plumbing backgrounds
- Process orders, forms, and requests efficiently
- Process returns, warranty calls
- Multitask effectively and collaborate with internal departments
- Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services to management
Ideal Candidate:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and adept at handling high call volumes
- Proficient in Excel and Word, with familiarity in Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Typing speed of 40 WPM for phone and 45 WPM for chat
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a customer support or service-related role
- Proven critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues
- Self-motivated, team player, quick learner, systematic, and adaptable
Additional Information:
- Experience: E-Commerce experience preferred (1 year)
- Work Environment: In-office position; remote work not available
