What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Auto Body Technician: 2 years of hands-on experience as a Auto Body Technician or Collision Repair Specialist,including frame alignment, dent repair, sanding, refinishing welding and more.
- Proficient with Tools: Strong familiarity and skill with auto body tools such as welders, sanders, spray guns, and diagnostic equipment.
- Efficient Communicator: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with teammates, management, and customers.
- Strong Work Ethic: Must be reliable, self-motivated, and dedicated to completing repairs efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of auto body repairs, including frame work, dent repair, sanding, and more.
- Use state-of-the-art tools and equipment to complete repairs to the highest standard.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, to keep up productivity and our clean workspace.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Inspect completed repairs for quality control, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds our company standards.
