We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations within our establishment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery within the hotel.
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff performance and inventory usage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Familiarity with custodial operations in both guest-facing and back-of-house settings is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
