What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Agent position at Kingston Holiday Inn Express?
The Holiday Inn Express Kingston is looking for friendly team members to work morning shifts & evening shifts. Typical shifts run 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and a mid of 11a-7p. Additional hours may be available for coverage as we are 24/7 - 365 business. Experience preferred but not required. Shorter shifts available at night for a second person.
Duties include but not limited to:
Check in/out guests.
Provide friendly guest interactions.
Reservation bookings.
Keeping area and lobby clean & refresh coffee.
Stock and maintain presentation of lobby Market.
Downtime projects such as laundry.

Pay based on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
