Kingston International Development Services LLC is looking for a Janitor to join our team at Lowes in Johnstown, PA.
This job is paid strictly based on the full completion of the entire scope of work.
Start time 6 AM.
The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning our offices and other facilities in the assigned location. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with a sense of urgency, who wants to make a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- cleaning the bathrooms
- sweeping and scrubbing eight asile and three race tracks
- leaving scrubber plug-in for the next day
- must be able to have a good phone for communication and to login
- must be able to do seven days per week
- Cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the building
- Restocking supplies and maintaining supply levels
- Complying with health and safety regulations and providing copies of them when requested
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Experience:
- Previous experience as a janitor; not required
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment; not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred; not required
- Must be able to work as part of team or on its own without supervision
We offer competitive pay, based on experience. All benefits are included after probation period.
