About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, collaborative, results-driven brand coordinator to join our dynamic Distribution Team at Kingston Reserve. As an essential member of the field team, you will work closely with our customers and store teams to build and nurture relationships with dispensary staff, educate them on our products, conduct visits and lead brand events in your market. Your role will be key to ensuring alignment and success across the organization by cultivating successful relationships and leading with integrity.

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Educate and support store employees on Kingston Reserve and brand affiliate products so our brand messaging is consistent across all teams
  • Building a collaborative partnership with store teams to ensure our products are represented properly in the best location of the store with the right displays and visual elements.
  • Strong influence with buyers through understanding the market and competition with an ability to provide critical insights and data that influence decision-making and drive results
  • Collect and share key store audits and activation data, ensuring a seamless flow of information within the team
  • Coordinate and participate in in-store and community appointments, activations, and market events contributing to a team-driven approach to market expansion
  • Collaborate with store teams to drive business growth at all levels, ensuring a cohesive approach to building relationships with dispensary influencers
  • Maintain a positive approach to daily activities and lead with integrity and positivity
  • Represent the company and its products with exceptional character, integrity, and professionalism.

About You

You are an enthusiastic and team-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You thrive on collaboration and are passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with both customers and colleagues. Your proven success in sales or business development, particularly in the cannabis industry, demonstrates your ability to drive results while working together with others.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • A positive, energetic, and outgoing personality, eager to work in close collaboration with a dedicated team
  • Ability to travel 90% of the time, with a flexible approach to meeting team needs
  • Strong team player with a demonstrated ability to work well in group settings, sharing responsibility and supporting others
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while remaining fully engaged with the team’s goals and priorities
  • Comfortable with technology, proficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, mobile devices, and other digital tools to support teamwork and communication
  • Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a collaborative team effort
  • Prior experience in a team-driven role as a brand ambassador, sales associate, or territory manager
