What you will need to succeed:
- A High School diploma or G.E.D.
- One year of prior experience as a receptionist or secretary, residential or healthcare setting, preferred.
- Experience and proficiency with basic clerical functions such as filing, invoice verification, payroll, deposits, ordering and reconciliation of orders
- Proficiency in use of Outlook including calendar and contact functions
- Every other weekend availability
