Kingsway Group door systems are unique in the way they are supplied with pre-fitted hardware & anti-barricade hinges, which require a high-level of expertise & care to ensure correction specification & operation. The Kingsway Group team develops relationships with architects, behavioral healthcare facilities, contractors, & distributors across the US to provide complete door systems (Div 8) & washroom accessory (Div 10) products, services, & solutions.
Responsibilities of the Project Consultant Role
· Represent Kingsway Group’s products & services using knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers with multiple decision makers.
· Obtain & develop sales & opportunities with healthcare networks, architects, contractors, & distributors through strategic sales activity in the West region, which includes AR, AZ, CA, CO, OR, WA, UT.
· Achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, & annual outbound call, customer meeting, opportunity win, & pipeline creation targets through daily sales activity.
· Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective sales calls, manage sales cycle, & close sales pipeline by leveraging our Salesforce CRM.
· Set customized market strategy for your respective sales territory & lead Project Managers & Inside Sales Support personnel to deliver on strategy & sales targets.
· Develop in-depth Kingsway Group, Division 8, & Division 10 product & market knowledge to address all customer needs.
· Cultivate leads & build strong relationships with key decision makers.
· Participate in regional & national trade shows & exhibitions as needed.
· Prepare concise & accurate reports, proposals & other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
· Work with integrity & honesty in all business dealings.
· Adhere to Kingsway Group’s guiding principles in all decision making.
Skills & Experience for Success
· Sales experience in healthcare, building products or construction industry
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & organizational skills.
· Proficiency with sales management software & CRM.
· Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
· Ability to work remotely & self-motivate to exceed expectations of the role.
· Travel requirements based on the demands of the business, including bi-monthly travel to MI office.
Renumeration Package
· Annual salary of $125,000, paid bi-weekly.
· Commissions based on sales opportunities won within West region, uncapped & paid monthly - total earning potential of $200k
· 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO), accrued throughout the year, plus 9-days paid Public Holidays
· UHC Medical, Dental & Vision insurance. 100% employer paid premiums for employees, 75% employer paid premiums for dependents.
· 401K plan offered, with a 3.75% employer match on a 5% employee contribution (0.75% per 1% contributed, up to 5%).
· Employer paid life insurance of $50,000, with additional coverage available at employee’s expense.
· Company phone & laptop to be provided.
· Company credit card to be provided for use on all travel related expenses, upon agreement to corporate credit card use policy.
